The Secrets to Building Your Business with Instant
Buzz

Hello and welcome!
Today, I'd like to share with you, one of the methods I'm using to effectively add new contacts to my contact list
on a regular basis and grow my business at the same time.
Below are details of the exact steps I am currently using to build one of the programs I am involved in, Global
Domains International, Inc.

The first step is to download and setup the Instant Buzz plugin. If you aren't yet an Instant Buzz member, you can
request your invitation here:

Instant Buzz is a simple plugin that sits on your Internet Explorer Browser window. It is non-intrusive and believe me,
it works!
Membership is by invitation only. Please make certain to include your first name and last name as these are required
by the Instant Buzz system in order for me to send your an invitation.
Once you have the Instant Buzz Plugin installed you need to

Setup Your Instant Buzz Ad
============================================================
To setup your ad, simply click on the Instant Buzz button located on your IE browser and select Members area.
From your Instant Buzz member's area, click on "Edit My Ad" on the menu on the left.
You will see two areas to complete:
Ad Text
Ad URL
Ad Text: This is similar to a Subject you might send to a safelist or ezine. Visitors will see your 'subject'
when they are visiting other websites. You can easily experiment and find what works.
Try to be different :-)
At the time of writing, I am using the following heading:
"Success in 3 Easy Steps ... PLUS 1000 Double Optin Leads
just for trying!"
Ad URL: This is the URL to your business or offer. I highly recommend using a tracking link so that you know
how many visitors you have had to your site from this promotion.
I am using the following url for this subject:
http://selecttrackerpro.com/track?ad=992
If you do not have a tracking program, you will find a very simple, easy to use one at SelectTrackerPro.

Once your ad and url are entered, click the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom. You must SAVE for your information
to be active.
Now that you saved your information, be sure to test. You will now see an option 'Ad Preview'. This is a live link.
Click this link to test that your url is correct!
Ok, now that IB is setup, let's begin the process, shall we?

Subscribe to FreeFFAs.com
============================================================
NOTICE 01/02/05: There is currently a problem with the
FreeFFAs system. New member's accounts are not collecting
leads. I have written management and advise anyone with
this problem to also contact management of FreeFFAS. Older
member's accounts are still collecting leads and for you, this
method will work!
For all
others, you can use this method for any pro ffa system OR optin
leads - yes... you can adapt this for your optin leads! I
have great success with Oppseeker
Auto-responder leads. Please contact me if you need help.

01/06/05:
The owner did contact me and their programmers are looking
into the problem. He thanked me for bringing it to his
attention.
UPDATE
01/14/05: The issue appears to be resolved.
Leads can be downloaded once a day but no longer accumulate. If
you miss the download for a day, it is gone. The next day
will be new leads, about 1300 or so. Still very effective.
Back to the
article:
We are now ready to begin our promotion and build our business. The method I use is VERY simple.
First, visit http://freeffas.com/
and register with FreeFFAS. This is a Free program that works like the paid FFA programs only BETTER!
This little FFA also includes NAMES with the information and all ffa emails are double optin (users must verify
their email)
I recommend setting up a special email address for this program as you will get some email followup from your
registration.
Once registered and verified (you must verify your account for it to be active), it will take 24 to 48 hours before
your account is active and filled with leads.
I would wait 24 hours before attempting to access your FFA account.
To login to your FreeFFA account to collect your leads, visit http://freeffas.com
, login with your username and password you created.
Once logged in, you will see a menu across the top
SETUP :: TOUR :: FFALEADS :: MARKETCENTER :: LIVE CONFERENCE
Click on FFALEADS - this may take awhile to load. Do not close the page until this step is complete. If you do, you
will lose your leads. They are active only when you login and they system clears the leads and begins to add them again.
You will do this process once a day, or as your time budget allows. I normally do this once a week.

Copy and import the leads to Group Mail
============================================================
The following are directions to use one of the best Bulk Mail programs online. Group Mail by Infacta. You can download a
free copy here: http://selecttrackerpro.com/track?ad=1089
Ok .. the page should be loaded now with your leads. The system will tell you the number of leads. Put your mouse
cursor in the box containing the leads, right click your mouse, choose "Select All".
You can now do one of two things!
a. open Group Mail and import these leads from your clipboard
b. open WordPad (comes with your computer) and paste the leads
into a file for import to your favourite bulk program (we discuss
Group Mail next)
a. open Group Mail and import these leads from your clipboard
From your Group Mail program
click on Group Manager
click on Import
choose 'import from file or clipboard'
choose 'delimited text format' (it should show 3 fields)
click Next
You have three fields to enter: email, name, date - use the
additional fields for date.
Once the fields are complete, click Next
Click Next again
Choose 'Create a New Group'... name it 'FREEFFA-DATE' where
DATE is the date you imported the leads
Click OK once you enter the name of the group
Click Next
Click Start
You now have your list of leads imported to Group Mail

Send the following invitation

The following email invitation is coded and ready for Group Mail. You need only edit your personal information.
BEGIN EMAIL:

You need to install this ASAP, it's effortless and it works well
BEGIN COPY OF EMAIL BODY:

this short email.
FROM: YOUR FIRSTNAME AND LASTNAME
IMPORTANT NEW RESOURCE!

a new advertising resource that has earned me tons of
effortless signups in my main company over the last two
weeks.
You can use this too, for free, but it's by invite only.
Installing a plugin to your Internet Explorer browser is
all there is to it. This will work if you want to promote
anything. It takes two clicks of your mouse.

Once you have this email edited and tested in Group Mail, you will be ready to send to your list of FFA leads.
Do not include any url in this email, this is simply an invitation.

Responding with your invitations
============================================================
When contacts respond to your invitation (and they WILL respond),
input their information into the Instant Buzz invitation system and send a followup email to your new contact.
Inviting your new contacts:

Enter your Instant Buzz Members area from the button on your
browser.

Click on 'Invite your Friends'
-
Enter their first name and last name, as well as their email
address (I do not include a 'gift certificate'). Click 'Send
Invitation'.

Following up with your new contacts
============================================================
Once you send your invitation, you will need to followup with your new contact. Remember, this is now someone you can
communicate with regularly.
Here is a simple followup email I use:
Open your contacts email, click "Reply" and enter something like
this:
BEGIN FOLLOWUP EMAIL:
In the subject, put .. Hi NAME, it's YOURNAME here, when can we connect?
BODY of EMAIL:
Hi NAME,
Thank you for writing, your invitation is on its way.
Do let me know what you think ok?
I'm happy to help any way that I can and welcome you to add me to
your favourite Instant Messenger program. I use (YOUR MESSENGER)
and my ID is (YOUR ID). We can connect in real time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Your Full Name
Your Business URL
YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

Add your new contact to your Contact List
============================================================
Now that you have sent your initial followup, you want to manage your new contacts.
You are now creating your own Contact List. With Group Mail open, click on Group Manager.
Click New; Enter the name of your new Group; i.e. Personal Contacts
Click OK
With your new group selected, click Add Recipients (at the bottom)
Enter the information you have on file for your new contact.
And that's it!
You are now building a good solid contact list of individuals you can followup with and connect with regarding your main
business.
Since I started using Instant Buzz this way, I've added over 350
new contacts to my contact list and over 100 new signups in Instant Buzz!
